Calisthenics Skills - Push Day

This is the Calisthenics Skills workout!  Here we focus on exercises targeting specific areas of your body involved in various bodyweight skills.  Our coaches will provide a challenging workout geared towards bodyweight strength and conditioning with expert technique guidance along the way.

Calisthenics Skills - Push Day includes exercises and training for Pushups, Handstands, Dips, Planche and Human Flag mastery!

 

Calisthenics Skills - Pull Day

This is the Calisthenics Skills workout! Here we focus on exercises targeting specific areas of your body involved in various bodyweight skills. Our coaches will provide a challenging workout geared towards bodyweight strength and conditioning with expert technique guidance along the way.

Calisthenics Skills - Pull Day includes exercises and training for Muscle-Ups, Bar-Flow, Front Levers, Back Levers and Pullup mastery!

 

CR Shred Core

Let #CaliRev guide you through an intense, calorie burning, full body workout! Anyone interested in weight loss, core workouts, weight management or bodyweight exercise should start here - all ability levels welcome!

CR Shred Core is Calisthenics Revolution's innovative approach to 'high-intensity interval training (HIIT)' style workouts.

 

Progressive Basics - Free Workout!

The Progressive Basics Workout provides a full body calisthenics workout tailored to each individual.  Anyone interested in bodyweight exercise should start here - all ability levels welcome!

Open Gym

Our gym is YOUR gym! Open Gym is a self-paced, workout-on-your-own session. One of our awesome coaches will be present for guidance.

CaliRev's amazing indoor facility features custom-built equipment, designed specifically for calisthenics training and performance maximization. We provide everything you need for an amazing calisthenics workout and more, all in one place (comfy temps, waters, changing space, bathrooms, mats, high ceilings, assistance equipment, etc.)!

Our brand-new, custom-built calisthenics equipment includes: ‘the cage’, pullup bars, parallel bars, rock climbing wall, peg boards, rings, TRXs, climbing ropes, plyo-boxes, kettlebells, weight belts, resistance bands and much more!
